The following requirements are required by ARES personel.
#1 - register with Crown District so they have your contact information.

#2 - Level 1/ Basic -- Introduction to Amateur Radio Emergency Communications http://www.arrl.org/cce/courses.html#EC-001 ARRL ECOM 1 - $50.00 Click on Register link. Note: This course will be taken thru the ARRL and work with a elmer. This course will take several weeks.
#3 - National Incident Management System Training: Note: These courses will take about 3 hours each and are free.
