Download ITSHFBC – Updates known Winlink stations in the RMS Express software
Run the install and take all default settings

When you send you very 1st message, the email account on Winlink server will be created.  You can recieve emails from by others on the internet with your new WinLink email which is yourcallsign@winlink.org.
