Florida Striders – Run to the Sun – April 8

We are looking for 7 operators to assist with the Run to the Sun event, sponsored by Florida Striders.  We need to setup at 7am and will be done around 11-11:30am.  This is a fun event.  It will start behind the Dog Track and go along River Road.

With a whopping 31,000+ listings, the new ARRL Repeater Directory® is the most complete printed directory of on-the-air repeaters ever! The 2017-2018 edition (46th edition) has 10,000 more listings than the previous edition, covering repeater systems throughout the US and Canada. JACKSONVILLE RADIO FREE FLEA: SATURDAY, MARCH 25TH

The 15th Jacksonville Radio FREE Flea is Saturday, March 25th in the big parking lot at Terry Parker Baptist Church at 7024 Merrill Rd. near Townsend Blvd. in Arlington.

The fun starts at sunrise, around 7AM, and continues until noon.  Admission, parking and tailgate space is free, bring your own tables or sell from your car.

An auction begins at 10:30 followed by prize drawings.  Tickets for the prizes are available for a small donation and proceeds go to funding the W4IZ repeaters.

Sell your radio-related accessories and equipment, look for bargains (arrive early), visit with friends and meet those you talk with on the air.  Everyone is invited.

To members who report SKYWARN hours:
Please do not add them to the three criteria on the web site hours form. Separate the emergency and non-emergency hours and show each on the Comments section of the form. North Florida ARES wants us to report these hours separately from now on.
