As of 0800 AUG 31, 2016 ClayARES is operating under Emergency Operations Protocol Level 3 – Monitoring Activation. All ClayARES members are requested to tune to the primary repeater frequency and check in with net control.  All non-ClayARES stations are invited to monitor and await opportunities to check in and provide assistance.

Further escalation of communication and radio activities may be necessary at the request of emergency and disaster response organizations throughout Clay county and northeast Florida. This activation is in response to any and all impact from Tropical Depression Nine.

Maximum Winds: 75 mph.
Minimum Central Pressure: 988 Millibars or 29.18 Inches.
Forward Movement: North-Northeast at a forward speed of 14 mph.
